"I came to Wellness First as a result of an improper lifting error with a sofa. My husband went up and over, I wasn't ready, my back was hurt. Things happen. I tried to 'rest' for a couple of days but moving got increasingly more difficult, and I was reaching out for support of any kind to get around and found two canes to help me get about. I was seen very quickly, x-rays taken and a course of action plotted out. First to relieve pain, without drugs. Got relief and steady progress made with help of adjustments and deep tissue massage. Months later I'm feeling great and believe getting better than before my injury. I'm walking up and down stairs now unassisted, without using handrails. Treatments are quick and painless. Since I am over 70 years old, overweight and pretty much fully recovered, I'm happy. All staff are pleasant and professional. Appointments always on time, comfortable and quick. I'm also doing their weight loss program with remarkable success. Not in the business of recommending treatment programs, I would advice anyone to explore options, including Wellness First. By the way, this was my first chiropractic experience. Decades ago we used chiropractic care along with orthopedic care for our daughter and had a favorable experience than also."
